Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories
Developer: Natsume
Editor: Natsume
Available on: iOS + android
Genre: RPG, Simulation
Harvest Moon was a huge inspiration for Stardew Valley, so playing Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories is a good option on mobile. This game has you moving to Chestnut Town, to turn a ruined farmhouse into something that can actually grow crops. In this town, the people who lived here have lost their memories – but you can create new ones with everyone around you. Much like Stardew Valley, you can farm, acquire animals, cook, mine, and fish. It’s an extremely similar game to Stardew Valley in every way.

Cemetery keeper
Editor: Tiny construction games
Available on: iOS + android
Genre: Simulation

If you’ve ever thought, well Stardew Valley is really wholesome. I like the gameplay, but what if it was less healthy? Well, Graveyard Keeper is the answer to your wishes. In Graveyard Keeper, a strange haunted skull has given you land and a home, where you must create graves and help the townspeople return home. You can cut corners burying those bodies and digging those graves, craft items, expand your area, explore the land and much more. It’s a weird game overall, but it feels like Stardew Valley.

harvest town
Editor: GAMINPOWER CO LIMITED
Available on: iOS + android
Genre: Simulation

Harvest Town directly resembles a Stardew Valley clone in many ways. The graphics themselves are really similar, but there are a few different systems in the game that make it a different experience. You actually went back in time to live in your old house again as a child. However, you will need to rebuild your family farm and make the most of your time in the countryside. You can farm, mine, fish, and befriend the townspeople. It’s a very similar game, although Harvest Town has some differences in the production of goods and their sale to the town.

Animal Crossing Pocket Camp
Editor: nintendo
Available on: iOS + android
Genre: Simulation

If you like Stardew Valley, you’ll like Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. It’s another wholesome game that doesn’t have a bunch of timers or goals you need to complete quickly. Instead of being on a farm, you are on a campsite and your neighbors are actually cute animals that you can befriend. You can customize your campsite, create a community, plant flowers and trees, go fishing, and do many things similar to Stardew Valley. Both games even have different events you can attend, including fishing tournaments. Although it’s not a farming-focused game, it’s still very similar in many ways.

The castaway of the island
Available on: iOS + android
Genre: Adventure

The Island Castaway doesn’t feel as wholesome or personal as Stardew Valley, but has many of the same characteristics. In this game you have been shipwrecked on an island and have to grow food, build and survive. There’s fishing, supplying the people of your new town, and finding secrets on the island, which is similar to Stardew Valley, but The Island Castaway is missing Stardew Valley characters, which you can get to know and which you can be a part of. If you’re looking for a game similar in mechanics, however, The Island Castaway is your best bet.
